A project is any discreet (tactful) investment that is highly concentrated, organized and effected to use resources to achieve planned objectives and goals in a well-defined period of time and place. A project is a unique endeavour to produce a set of deliverables within clearly specified time, cost and quality constraints. Projects are different from standard business operational activities as they have timeline, budget and resources, unique nature, risks and eminent change.[1] Projects provide one of the avenues via which development can take place. We analyse development contribution by project developing on the level at which the objectives have been achieved. While projects can be assessed according to their impact on production and employment. These are a yardstick in development.
